Description
Fry 250 grms of vegetables in 2 tbsps of oil. Add 500 ml of water and allow to boil. Add 50 gms of Tanjore Sambar Powder and allow to boil for 10 Minutes. Saute with Urid Dall, Mustard and Curry leaves. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your favourite sambar for your lunch with authentic taste of Tanjore is ready to serve.
