  • Fermented Black Peppercorns can be Crushed and added as an ingredient in Salads. It can used for making Peppercorn Sauces.
  • Pepper Berries grown in Organic Plantations in Wayand region of Kerala in India are used as the Source in the Fermentation process. A Mix of Tellicherry and Malabar variety Peppers are used.
  • Organic Peppercorns is fermented in Sea Salt for a period of 6 months to get a rich Aroma and Flavour. Fermented Peppercorns are immediately Vacuum packed to retain the rich flavour.
