Paruppu Vada/Masala Vada Mix. Just soak required of mix in water and keep it for 10 minutes. Now add onion, chilly and curry leaves and mix to vada consistency. Make small balls, flatten it and fry till golden brown. Your Masala vada is ready to serve.
