Fry 250 grms vegetables in 2 tbsps of oil. Add 500 ml of water and allow to boil. Add 50 gms of Araichivitta Sambar Powder and allow to boil for 10 Minutes. Saute with Urid Dall, Mustard and Curry leaves. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your authentic araichivitta Sambar for your Lunch is ready to serve.
