GRB Rava Dosa Mix – 200g
Add 1 ½ cups of water and ½ cup of curd (or add two cups of water only) to 1 cup of GRB Rava Dosa mix.
Add green chillies, coriander leaves and finely chopped onions forbetter flavour.
Stir into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Smear the heat tava with oil. Spread 1 cup of batter on tava and fry one side on low flame till golden brown.
Add a spoon full of GRB ghee.
Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
Rub the tava lightly with damp cloth, before making the next dosa.
