MYLAI IYERS TIFFIN SAMBAR 100GMS

Fry 250 grms of Small onion, one Drumstick in 2 tbsps of oil. Add 500 ml of water and allow to boil. Add 50 gms of Tiffin Sambar Powder and allow to boil for 10 Minutes. Saute with Urid Dall, Mustard and Curry leaves. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your favourite sambar for your tiffin is ready to serve.
