Bombay mix is also known as Chanachur and is an Indian snack mix which consists of a variable mixture of spicy dried ingredients, such as fried lentils, peanuts, chickpea flour, corn, vegetable oil, chickpeas and roasted curry leaves. It is a savoury prepared specially for Diwali.
