How will my Items be dispatched?

For orders that were placed before mid-day (Monday to Friday), are picked and despatched from the warehouse at Aylesbury, for the product to reach you within 72 hrs. For orders that are placed between mid-day Friday through mid-day Monday, will be picked-up and despatched on Monday. We have put a stringent control in place to ensure right products are despatched.

What if the Product I order is out of stock? 

There are controls in place, to ensure that the website is automatically updated that should prevent you from ordering products that are “Out of stock”. However, in the unlikely event of you being able to order products that are out of stock, we will let you know either by email or on the phone. You can decide to remove the product from the order that you have placed, and we can deliver the balance. We will process the refund for the product that should reach you within 48 hrs.

Will my Card details be safe? 

We do not store your card details whatsoever. TakePayments, who are authorised by Barclay Card, are providing payment gateway services to process the payment in a very secured manner.

How do I register?

You can go to the log-in / Sign-up screen and register to provide your details.

Is registration free?

Yes. The registration is free!

Can I have multiple registrations?

In the unlikely event of you wanting to have multiple accounts, you can create multiple email accounts to register multiple accounts.

Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

You certainly can create accounts for some or all of your family members. You can surprise each other with presents on memorable days.

Can I have different addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple places?

You will certainly be able to change the delivery address at the time of order. You can surprise your friends and family living in the UK on special occasions,

How do I update my details on My Account?

You will be able to go to My Account page after you log-in and edit the details that you want to edit.

What are the modes of payment?

At this point in time, you will be able to make payments using any of the Credit or Debit cards, issued by Visa or Master.  We don’t accept Amex or other cards.  Please be assured that payment processing is secured.

Are there other charges in addition to the price displayed on the page?

There are no other charges other than what you see on the pack.

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is generally within 72 hours for all orders. Please refer to the Delivery Policy for more details about the delivery schedule during the week @ https://www.ahabazaar.co.uk/delivery-policy/

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free, for orders over £35/-. However if your order is less than £35/- we will charge you a nominal delivery charge of £5/-. For more details, please look into our delivery policy @ https://www.ahabazaar.co.uk/delivery-policy/

Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver across UK.  At this point in time, we will not be able to deliver outside of UK.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

You can check the status of your order on the website / on the application against your order.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order.You can order products even worth £1/-.Please be aware a delivery charge of £5/- is applicable for all orders <£35/-.

Do you do same day delivery?

No. As it stands, our delivery will be within 72 hours.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email.

What if my pack is tampered?

How should I track my order?

You can check the status of your order on the website / on the application against your order.  The courier company will send you a text message on the day of the delivery, specifying the approximate delivery window.
