Saute With Mustard And Curry Leaves In Gingelly Oil. Pepper Rasam :- : Fry Two Pieces Of Tomatoes. Add 500 Ml Of Water And Allow To Boil. Add 25 Grams Of Mylai Iyers Rasam Powder Of Your Choice And Allow To Boil For 10 Minutes. Saute It With Mustard, Curry Leaves And Red Chilly In Ghee And Garnish With Coriander Leaves. Vegetable Curry :-:half Bake 500 Gms Potatoes, Yam Or Colacasia. Cut Into Required Pieces. Peel The Skin. Mix 50 Grams Of Mylai Iyers Vegetable Fry Powder And Marinate It For 10 Mts. Add 3 Tablespoons Of Oil In A Kadai. And Add Mustard, Urid Dall And Add The Mix And Fry For Required Crispyness. Vegetable Fry Is Ready
For Gobi 65, Mix 50 Grams Mylai Iyers Vegetable Fry In Pieces Of Cauliflower And Marinate It For 10 Minutes. Fry The Mix In Oil In A Kadai And Your Gobi 65 Is Ready.
